I cannot offer any advice other than observations from my own perspective and experience. Â However, I understand how valuable a sounding board can be to anyone in any walk of life and hope to make that more accessible in these walk and talks. Â Enjoy the healing benefits of nature while showing gratitude to your body and mind with a simple walk.
