Meditation on the Bluff

Stop, sit and soak in an Eastern view of the Sierras as the setting sun casts rays of golden light across the horizon. This will be a silent meditation practice, with other meditation styles and sessions offered at a different time. *Inclement weather will result in moving indoors at same venue.
