When the leaves change colors in the autumn, we are reminded that the old must die away before new growth can happen in spring. This is a cycle in nature that we can embody. The season for shedding what is not authentically ours is here. Take this opportunity to escape into the mountains and let Mother Nature lead by example. Ground yourself in the earth as you sit under a tree, gaze across the vast meadow, or search the expansive night sky for the brightest star. Connect with like-minded ladies as we learn the tools for self-growth that create positive change in our lives. In the process of feeling into who we truly are, we may fall in love with ourselves.
